Branding: In the best interest of our clients, we ensure professional branding of the station. The branding can be placed on the module bar, on an illuminated cooler, on elegant plastic dishes, or on a bubble wall. We may also place our Client’s products inside the bubble wall for perfect presentation.
The Molecular Show
A sophisticated, intriguing and memorable show. It’s curious, funny and captivating. The audience can see how molecular works of culinary art are created. During the interactive show we focus on creating rapport with the guests and we introduce liquid nitrogen.
The Molecular Workshop
It’s educating, it’s fascinating, it brings people together. Making extraordinary molecular drinks and snacks is a fun way to spice up any team building meeting or to relax your guests after a challenging conference. You’ll get the chance to make bursting strawberry balloons, liquid nitrogen sorbets and many more. The participants will also get to prepare lunch or dinner for themselves.
The Molecular Bar
It’s a combination of a molecular show, sampling of molecular drinks and interaction with the guests. A fluorescent shot served in a testing tube, a Mojito sorbet, a smoking Cuba Libre or a cupcake made from vodka are only a few examples of drinks that will amaze even the most demanding spectators. With our module illuminated bars we can build an impressive station of up to 12 meters length.
The Buffet
A parmezan lollipop. A mozzarella balloon served on tomato jelly with basil cryopowder. Pâté in dark chocolate. Dark chocolate mousse fried in liquid nitrogen. Molecular works of art that will spice up any coffee break.
